Born March 19, 1942 in Caltagirone, Sicily, graduate and Professor of Fine Arts from the University of Palermo, renowned Italian painter and sculptor, has received over his long and brilliant career, the admiration of figures such as the first Italian Minister Giulio Andreotti for his works in terra cotta for the Casa Italiana.

Francesco had the honor and privilege to present its terracotta figures in the Palau de la Generalitat gaining recognition and appreciation of the Honourable Mr. Jordi Pujol by then President of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
